The County Registrar of Voters, the Braille Institute and Inland Congregations United for Change (ICUC) have partnered to provide voter education and hands-on voting practice for County citizens.

The city is holding a Fiesta de la Salud from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Sept. 20 at Bobby Duke Middle School, 85-358 Bagdad Ave.The workshop will discuss healthy food choices, health care services, parks and open space, safe neighborhoods, and clean air and water.
Entertainment, local fresh food, child care and translation services will be available.

ICUC leaders received a committment from the Housing Opportunities Collaborative of the Inland Empire to host 6 foreclosure prevention workshops in Riverside. The workshops bring in HUD approved counselors to help families avoid fraud as they seek loan modifications. The third is coming soon!
